De Souza Pays Off Hubers

Level 26 : 30,000/60,000, 60,000 ante

Kaue De Souza opened to 125,000 in early position and Nicholas Hubers three-bet to 325,000 in the cutoff. The action folded back to De Souza, who called.

De Souza checked on the flop of {3-Diamonds}{2-Spades}{10-Spades} and Hubers checked back. De Souza checked again on the {4-Clubs} turn and Hubers bet 350,000. De Souza called.

De Souza checked a third time on the {2-Diamonds} river and Hubers slid out a bet of 400,000. De Souza called and then mucked when his opponent showed {10-Hearts}{10-Clubs} for a full house.

"That's the only hand. That's the only hand that you check on the flop with," De Souza said.
