Zhang Shoves River

Level 31 : 100,000/200,000, 20,000 ante
Eric Zhang
Eric Zhang

Eric Zhang raised from the cutoff to 450,000 and Philip Sacks defended the big blind.

Both players checked the {k-Spades}{9-Hearts}{6-Hearts} flop to see the {q-Diamonds} on the turn. Sacks led out for 450,000 and Zhang made the call.

The {6-Diamonds} landed on the river. Sacks used both hands to grab his stacks of 25,000, pushed them ahead and cut out a bet of 750,000. After a few seconds Zhang announced all-in and the dealer gave him the all in Plaque.

Sacks had about 1,200,000 behind and decided to save it for another hand as he tossed his hand into the muck.
