Ball Flops a Straight Flush

Level 32 : 150,000/300,000, 300,000 ante

Galen Hall opened to 650,000 on the button and Scott Ball defended from the big blind. The flop came {4-Clubs}{2-Clubs}{2-Diamonds} and both players checked to the {8-Clubs} on the turn.

Ball led out with a bet of 900,000 and Hall gave it some thought but elected to lay his hand down.

On the next hand, the two players went heads-up to a flop after Ball raised to 600,000. The flop fell {j-Hearts}{10-Hearts}{9-Hearts} and the action checked to the {2-Hearts} on the turn. Hall checked again and Ball fired out a bet of 500,000. Hall called and the {k-Diamonds} hit the river.

Hall checked for the third time and Ball two-handed a stack of 3,800,000 into the middle. Hall mulled it over but decided to fold once more. Ball couldn't help himself but show {k-Hearts}{q-Hearts} for a straight flush.
