Welcome back to Day 2 of Event #25: $5,000 6-Handed No-Limit Hold'em of the World Series of Poker being held at the Rio All-Suite Hotel and Casino. There will be 192 players returning to the felt for the start of the day, one of which being Daniel Negreanu who had an impressive finish on Day 1.

Negreanu bagged a healthy stack of 265,400 chips despite registering the tournament in the latter stages of Day 1. It won't be an easy start to Day 2 for the six-time WSOP bracelet winner who will be joined by Felipe Ramos and Ryan Laplante to begin the day.

Scott Drobes bagged the Day 1 chip lead, spinning up a stack of 692,700 chips. Some other big stacks include Yosif Nawabi (490,100), Antoine Goutard (477,500), and Jonathan Jaffe (425,500). The field is littered with big names throughout including Chance Kornuth (388,300), Asi Moshe (298,400), and Gal Yifrach (289,300), who also bring a large number of chips into the day.

Late registration will remain open until the start of the day which kicks off at 2 p.m. local time in the Amazon Room. The blinds will resume at 1,200/2,400 and a 2,400 big blind ante with another 10 levels on the schedule for today. There will be a 15-minute break after every two levels and a 60-minute dinner break after the sixth level of the day.

The PokerNews live reporting team will be on the tournament floor to bring you all of the updates of Day 2 and throughout the tournament.
