Tuttle Moves Into the Lead

Level 18 : 10,000/20,000, 0 ante

John Racener raised in middle position and was three-bet by Scott Tuttle on his left. The action came back to Racener who called to see a flop of {a-Spades}{6-Diamonds}{2-Spades}. Racener check-called the flop and the both players checked the {a-Diamonds} on the turn and the {4-Diamonds} on the river. Tuttle showed {k-Spades}{k-Hearts} to win the pot.

A couple of hands later, Tuttle raised from middle position and Eric Kurtzman re-raised out of the small blind. Tuttle called and the dealer spread the flop of {a-Diamonds}{10-Spades}{7-Spades}. Kurtzman continued with a bet and Tuttle raised which Kurtzman called.

The turn was the {3-Hearts} and Kurtzman checked to Tuttle who fired another bet. Kurtzman still called and the {8-Diamonds} landed on the river. Kurtzman checked again and Tuttle checked it back, opening {a-Clubs}{q-Spades} to win another pot.
