Heller Misses His Draw to Double Wade

Level 24 : 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante
Tristan Wade
Tristan Wade

Tristan Wade in early position and Freddy Heller in the big blind went heads-up to a flop of {10-Spades}{2-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}. After a series of bets, Wade wound up all in for 1,500,000 with {q-Clubs}{10-Clubs} for top pair. Heller had {10-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds} for the same top pair and a flush draw.

Heller failed to hit the flush as the board ran out {7-Clubs}{2-Spades}, slamming his fist on the felt once again. "I always miss these flush draws," he said angrily.

Wade doubled to 3,200,000, while Heller has 1,800,000.
