McDiarmid Fills Up on Flop to Double

Level 10 : 800/1,600, 1,600 ante

Zack McDiarmid moved all in before the flop and was up against Rashim Cannad.

Zack McDiarmid: {a-Diamonds}{j-Spades}
Rashim Cannad: {7-Clubs}{7-Diamonds}

What started as a coin flip soon left Cannad drawing dead to running sevens, as the flop came {a-Clubs}{j-Clubs}{j-Diamonds} to give McDiarmid a full house. Cannad didn't hit the miracle on the turn and river and McDiarmid doubled to around 45,000.

Brian Hastings

Brian Hastings was all in for his last 5,200 and had gotten called by two players. Another player went all in over the top for 55,000 which folded the other two players out and both hands were tabled.

Hastings: {9-Hearts}{9-Spades}
Opponent: {a-Clubs}{q-Spades}

The board ran out {9-Clubs}{7-Hearts}{6-Spades}{j-Spades}{6-Clubs} and Hasting's full house was good for the full quadruple up.

On another table, Jason Wheeler busted when he ran {7-}{7-} into {q-}{q-}

Cate Hall
Cate Hall

Cate Hall raised under the gun to 3,000 and got a caller from the button and the big blind.

The flop and turn were checked through as they came {k-Hearts}{q-Diamonds}{j-Clubs}{10-Diamonds} and it wasn't until the {2-Clubs} river where the big blind threw in a bet of 2,500 which was promptly called by Hall. The button folded and the hands were shown down.

The big blind showed {k-Spades}{j-Hearts} but it was no good against Hall's {a-Spades}{a-Clubs} for broadway.
