"MPEW299" Goes Runner Runner to Bust Two

Level 19 : 6,000/12,000, 0 ante
Double Knockout for MPEW299
Double Knockout for MPEW299

One of those all-in showdowns saw two players at risk in "AAAAkid" and "Hookaholic" as "MPEW299" had them both covered.

"Hookaholic": {k-Spades}{q-Clubs}{10-Hearts}{9-Spades}
"AAAAkid": {a-Hearts}{a-Spades}{4-Hearts}{4-Spades}
"MPEW299": {k-Diamonds}{k-Hearts}{8-Hearts}{6-Spades}

The {a-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds} flop was very promising for "AAAAkid" but the {8-Clubs} turn and {5-Diamonds} river runout improved "MPEW299" to a straight.

The "Pingpongshow" is Over, "breislet"'s Rocky Ride As Well

Level 19 : 6,000/12,000, 0 ante
"breislet" busts to "98snaeJ"
"breislet" busts to "98snaeJ"

Left with the purest of dust, "Pingpongshow" wasn't able to magically spin it back up, losing his final chips to Belarmino "Iseey0urcard" De Souza when forced all in from the big blind.

On another table, "breislet" three-bet all in preflop after "98snaeJ" had opened, with the Finn calling him off.

"breislet": {a-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds}{j-Hearts}{5-Hearts}
"98snaeJ" {a-Hearts}{k-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}{2-Clubs}

The board ran out {9-Clubs}{6-Clubs}{q-Diamonds}{q-Spades}{a-Spades} for "98snaeJ" to win it with ace-king.

Green Bubbles; Lehmanski Min-Cashes

Level 19 : 6,000/12,000, 0 ante

There were two all-in and call at the same time and the one from Maxi Lehmanski against Sergi Reixach took place first.

Maxi Lehmanski: {a-Hearts}{a-Clubs}{8-Hearts}{2-Spades}
Sergi Reixach: {q-Hearts}{9-Spades}{j-Clubs}{7-Hearts}

The board came {10-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}{4-Hearts}{q-Diamonds}{q-Spades} and Reixach rivered trips queens.

Brian Green had raised the pot by then and eventually called all-in after facing a three-bet by Gavin Cochrane.

Brian Green: {k-Spades}{k-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds}{8-Hearts}
Gavin Cochrane: {a-Spades}{a-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}

The {10-Diamonds}{9-Spades}{6-Spades}{6-Diamonds}{6-Hearts} runout kept the aces in the lead and as Green had fewer chips than Lehmanski, he became the bubble boy.

Wolff Doubles Through Helppi

Level 19 : 6,000/12,000, 0 ante

Chip leader Juha Helppi raised the pot and George Wolff defended the big blind with crumbs behind, then check-called all-in after the {q-Hearts}{4-Diamonds}{3-Spades} flop.

George Wolff: {a-Spades}{k-Spades}{k-Hearts}{j-Clubs}
Juha Helppi: {k-Clubs}{6-Clubs}{6-Diamonds}{2-Spades}

The {2-Diamonds} turn gave Helppi some further outs but the {q-Diamonds} river came a blank.

In the meanwhile, "Pingpongshow" went through the blinds and was left with 932 chips at 12,000 big blind to get one full orbit to survive until they get forced all-in.

Shoma "pp_syon" Ishikawa Claims GGPoker's First WSOP Gold Bracelet

Level 18 : 5,000/10,000, 0 ante

It was a night to remember on GGPoker as their first-ever WSOP bracelet events — part of a 54-event schedule spread out across the next months — kicked off. Unfortunately, on a night where three bracelet winners were supposed to be crowned, two of the events ran into a critical bug and had to be suspended to next week.

The lightning-fast Event #34: $525 Super Turbo Bounty No-Limit Hold'em 6-Handed — clocking in at a mere 3 hours and 15 minutes start to finish to make it the fastest-ever bracelet event — was unaffected by the technical issues and played out as normal. In total, 2,214 entries of $525 each were made to create a total prize pool of $1,107,000.

In the end, it was Shoma "pp_syon" Ishikawa of Japan writing history as GGPoker's first-ever online bracelet winner, as well as the third person from Japan after Naoya Kihara and Takahiro Nakai to claim the coveted prize. Ishikawa is an emerging talent from the land of the rising sun with $34,238 in lifetime cashes according to The Hendon Mob, all made in South Korea and Vietnam.

Dario Alioto was all-in on the money bubble for a pot of 11 and a half big blinds against "visacard" in the following showdown.

Dario Alioto: {a-Clubs}{a-Hearts}{10-Clubs}{6-Diamonds}
"visacard": {q-Hearts}{q-Spades}{j-Hearts}{6-Hearts}

The board came {9-Spades}{8-Hearts}{5-Clubs}{8-Spades}{2-Clubs} and Alioto held up. With four and a half minutes remaining in the level, the players headed into their next scheduled 6-minute break on the money bubble. Around one dozen players are below five big blinds right now.

"SZALONNA" Out Before the Money

Level 18 : 5,000/10,000, 0 ante
SZALONNA eliminated
SZALONNA eliminated

Lin Ruida tried to get through with betting kings up but Mike Watson called with a king-high straight to win a healthy pot on the bubble.

Up next it was "PKmaster911" at risk with {7-Spades}{6-Spades}{7-Hearts}{3-Hearts} against the {a-Clubs}{9-Spades}{5-Spades}{3-Clubs} of "HappyDris" in the big blind. The board came {q-Hearts}{j-Hearts}{2-Spades}{4-Diamonds}{8-Hearts} and "PKmaster911" rivered a flush after dodging a wheel draw.

"SZALONNA" would be the player to bow out when they clashed with Yuri Dzivielevski after defending the big blind to a button raise and getting it in on the {q-Spades}{10-Clubs}{2-Diamonds} flop.

"SZALONNA": {k-Spades}{q-Clubs}{9-Clubs}{7-Spades}
Yuri Dzivielevski: {a-Hearts}{a-Spades}{q-Hearts}{j-Diamonds}

The {3-Clubs} turn was a huge sweat but the {2-Hearts} river reduced the field to 48 contenders and the stone-cold money bubble.
