'MisterPro' Turns a Flush

Level 7 : 500/1,000, 120 ante

'_PrinzOfDTO_' opened to 2,000 from early position and was called by 'MisterPro' in the cutoff and 'kungpow' in the big blind. The flop came {k-Hearts}{8-Clubs}{4-Clubs} and 'kungpow' checked to '_PrinzOfDTO_' who continued for 4,111. 'MisterPro' called and 'kungpow' got out of the way.

The turn brought the {q-Clubs} and '_PrinzOfDTO_' slowed down with a check. 'MisterPro' stuck in a bet of 5,489 and '_PrinzOfDTO_' check-raised all in for 15,902. 'MisterPro' instantly called and turned over {a-Clubs}{5-Clubs} for the nuts.

'_PrinzOfDTO_' wasn't drawing dead yet with {k-Diamonds}{q-Hearts} for two pair. It was the {7-Spades} on the river and 'MisterPro' held on to eliminate '_PrinzOfDTO_'.

Set Over Set for 'MobyDick'

Level 6 : 400/800, 100 ante

'MobyDick' raised to 1,680 from early position and was called by Chance Kornuth a couple of seats over. 'HolyShrimp' three-bet shoved all in for 19,699 on the button which got both of the blinds to fold. 'MobyDick' re-shoved all in and Kornuth quickly folded.

'MobyDick': {10-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}
'HolyShrimp': {9-Hearts}{9-Clubs}

The flop of {10-Spades}{9-Diamonds}{2-Clubs} gave both players a set, 'MobyDick's being the larger of the two. The {k-Hearts} on the turn changed nothing and 'HolyShrimp' was left drawing to the lone nine left in the deck. The river was the {2-Hearts} and 'HolyShrimp' was eliminated.

Hot Start for 'VaPaCooler'

Level 5 : 300/600, 70 ante

In one of the first hand of the day, the action was fast and furious already. 'FuTimReilly' opened to 1,500 in the cutoff and 'VaPaCooler', one of the chip leaders, defended from the big blind.

The flop fell {8-Clubs}{7-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds} and 'VaPaCooler' checked to 'FuTimReilly' who continued for 2,470. 'VaPaCooler' check-raised all in and 'FuTimReilly' called off his remaining 14,932 chips.

'VaPaCooler': {8-Diamonds}{5-Spades}
'FuTimReilly': {10-Hearts}{9-Hearts}

The {9-Diamonds} on the turn put 'FuTimReilly' out front with a pair of nines but the {4-Diamonds} on the river gave 'VaPaCooler' a flush. 'FuTimReilly' was eliminated and 'VaPaCooler' quickly jumped into the chip lead.

Event #32 and #33 Restart

After the technical issues one week ago, the 2020 GGPoker World Series of Poker Online Bracelet Events will see Event #33: $1,111 Every 1 for Covid Relief [Caesars Cares] recommence exactly where it had to be postponed. The starting time has been pushed back by one hour to 3 p.m. EST (7 p.m. GMT), which is in fact in line with the four 15-minute levels that have been completed thus far.

Upon completion of level four there were 1,418 players out of 1,598 entries remaining but the current prize pool of $1,775,378 is certain to grow further. The late registration will be open for another two hours and reaches into the second scheduled break of the day, and all players can re-enter a maximum of two times in said period.

All those that join the action or run out of chips and buy in again will receive a fresh stack of 25,000 and the tournament continues with nearly the entire level five at blinds of 300/600 and a running ante of 70 to play for.

"jack chan" from the Philippines has all but quadrupled already and leads the pack with 98,014 followed by "EmptyTheClip" (90,409), "VaPaCooler" (88,494) and Ghassan "Simbuzzi" Yafaoui (83,735). The only known WSOP bracelet winner in the current top 20 is China's Guoliang "SPARK1207" Wei (66,998) whereas other notables well above the average include Shawn "buck21" Buchanan (75,400), Farid Jattin (71,562), Simon Higgins (61,323) and Chris Hunichen (56,889).

A plethora of big names on the international poker circuit are expected to add this event to their busy Sunday schedule and the WSOP bracelet winners Naoya Kihara, Yuri Dzivielevski and Adrian Mateos will return to more than double the starting stack based on their performance from one week ago. They will certainly be joined by the GGPoker ambassadors Fedor Holz (42,140), Felipe Ramos (29,122) and Bertrand "ElkY" Grospellier (20,368).

As previously foreseen, the event is scheduled to play down to the nine-handed final table which will then take place the following Saturday, August 1st, 2020, as the action is slated to be streamed on a delay with hole cards displayed until a champion has been crowned.

The PokerNews live reporting team will provide all the action from the tables with another five further WSOP bracelet events running throughout the day.

Cards are in the air in the GGPoker portion of the 2020 World Series of Poker Online Bracelet Events. The PokerNews live reporting team is on top of all things WSOP. Dont miss a beat and follow the updates right here!

Restart Postponed to July 26th Due to Critical Bug

Level 4 : 250/500, 60 ante

After the completion of level four and around half a minute into level five, the players went into a scheduled 6-minute break. However, during that time a critical bug was detected and the event was paused by the operator for an extended break.

GGPoker has since confirmed on their Twitter account that the tournament has been postponed and further information was released shortly after.

Event #33 is currently set to resume on July 26th, 2020, as of 6 p.m. GMT (exactly one week later than the initial starting time) with the current stack sizes. Whether or not the late registration and re-entry period is effected by this restart has not yet been communicated by GGPoker, however, they have announced to double the charity donation that has been collected so far.

As of now, the tournament has attracted a field of 1,598 entries of which 1,418 players remain with nearly the entire level five at blinds of 300/600 and a running ante of 70 to play for. A total prize pool of $1,775,378 has emerged which includes the donation for the Covid Relief effort by the Caesars Cares assistance fund.

The chip leader thus far is "jack chan" of the Philippines with a stack of 98,014 followed by "EmptyTheClip" (90,409) and "VaPaCooler" (88,494). Two known players were in the top 20 including Shawn "buck21" Buchanan (77,751) and Farid Jattin (71,562) while other early big stacks include Simon Higgins (61,323), Leonid Yanovski (59,646), Chris Hunichen (56,889) and Naoya Kihara (55,067).
