Snead Finds Life; No Longer "That Guy"

Level 3 : 100/200, 0 ante

Down to his last 1,500 chips, Sam Snead was in the small blind and three-bet all in over a hijack open. His opponent called.

Sam Snead: {q-Spades}{9-Hearts}{9-Clubs}{8-Clubs}
Opponent: {k-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds}{q-Clubs}{j-Diamonds}

The board ran out {k-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}{k-Clubs}{7-Spades}{7-Hearts} giving him a flopped full house to beat his opponent's trips and earn the double, exclaiming, "instead of waiting for this hand, I put it in on the other piece of shit."

On the following hand, the hijack raised to 600 and was called by the player in the cutoff. Snead was on the button and deliberated if he should shove again. He raised to 2,700 and the hijack reraised. Before long, the hijack and cutoff's chips were all in the middle.

"Are you going to call?" asked the dealer to Snead.

"Oh, I thought I already had!" he said as he tossed in his last 500 chips.

Sam Snead: {a-Spades}{j-Hearts}{5-Clubs}{3-Spades}
Hijack: {k-Hearts}{k-Spades}{6-Hearts}{2-Diamonds}
Cutoff: {a-Diamonds}{a-Hearts}{q-Spades}{7-Hearts}

The board ran out in a manner that gave Snead a straight on the river and he earned the triple up, getting back to just under 10,000
