Zack Downed to Crumbs

Level 21 : 10,000/20,000, 0 ante

Badugi

Dan Zack opened from early position and David Gee defended from the big blind. Gee took two, Zack one and Gee check-raised Zack's bet. Zack called.

Gee stood pat and Zack took one before calling another bet. Zack changed one on the final draw and the action was checked. Gee turned up {a-Clubs}{3-Hearts}{6-Diamonds}{q-Spades} and Zack mucked to continue with only two big bets or so.

Andrew Brown

2-7 Triple Draw

After grinding his way up in a few badugi pots, Andrew Brown lost a big pot to Brayden Gazlay wherein Gazlay beat him patting a ten on the last pull and Brown didn't get there and checked back.

Moments later, Brown raised and Gazlay reraised on his left in the cutoff. The others folded and Brown stuck his 22,000 in and pulled three, two and one. Gazlay needed one and one but then was pat and tabled a wheel. Brown simply threw his cards away drawing dead.

Gazlay Picks Off Gregorich

Level 21 : 10,000/20,000, 0 ante

2-7 Triple Draw

Brayden Gazlay raised on the button and Mark Gregorich reraised in the big blind. Gazlay called and took two after Gregorich took one. Gregorich bet in the dark and Gazlay called, with draws repeating. Gregorich bet dark again and Gazlay called, and each took a card.

Gregorich bet and Gazlay called, and Gregorich quickly said "you got it" while tossing in a pair of eights.

Gazlay showed {k-}{9-}{7-}{4-}{2-}.

Hampton Gets Some Back

Level 21 : 10,000/20,000, 0 ante

A-5 Triple Draw

With action caught after the first draw, Jake Schwartz had bet and David Gee had called before Jesse Hampton raised. Schwartz three-bet, getting rid of Gee, but Hampton stuck around, calling.

Both players took one and Schwartz called a bet. He changed one again while Hampton was pat. The last round was checked and Hampton opened {8-}{5-}{4-}{2-}{a-}, prompting a "nice hand" from Schwartz who couldn't peel the best hand.

Unstoppable Schwartz

Level 21 : 10,000/20,000, 0 ante

2-7 Triple Draw

Jake Schwartz raised in the cutoff and Jesse Hampton defended his big blind. Hampton changed two and Schwartz took one. Hampton check-called and the second draw saw Hampton discard two and Schwartz one again. Hampton check-called one more time before peeling one while Schwartz patted. The last betting round was checked and Schwartz announced a nine, revealing {9-}{8-}{7-}{6-}{3-}. Hampton mucked.

"The man's unstoppable!" Mike Gorodinsky observed, adding some bracelet forecasts. "Stop it," Schwartz replied, trying to fight any potential jinx.

Badugi

Bryce Yockey got to the end from the small blind and bet, with Sumir Mathur his lone opponent in the big blind. Mathur announced a raise and Yockey sighed and put his head in his hands. Moments later, he folded, but some of his cards were exposed, showing at least the {k-Spades}.

2-7 Triple Draw

Jon Turner raised in the cutoff and Mike Gorodinsky called. Yockey raised his remaining chips to 29,000 and Turner reraised. Gorodinsky called. We didn't catch the first draw, but Gorodinsky check-called again then asked for one. Yockey needed three and Turner was pat. Gorodinsky then check-called again and patted. Yockey took one and Turner remained pat.

Gorodinsky check-called a final bet but he couldn't beat {8-}{6-}{5-}{4-}{3-}, flashing what looked like an eight-seven. Yockey's cards were mucked before we noted them.
