Team Betbese Takes First Pot

Level 21 : 8,000/16,000, 16,000 ante

Elliott Peterman raised to 34,000 from the cutoff and Zhe Li called on the button. Nicolas Betbese checked out Team Zhou's stack and then decided to make the call.

The flop came {3-Clubs}{6-Clubs}{4-Diamonds}, both Betbese and Peterman checked. Li bet 50,000 which only Betbese called.

They both checked through the {j-Diamonds} on the turn to the {8-Diamonds} on the river. Betbese barreled a bet of 146,000 over the line and Li tanked for a while. In the end, Li called but mucked when Betbese tabled {k-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds} for the flush.
