Hand #17: Cheong opened to 1,300,000 from mid-position and Ashkenazi called from the big blind. The flop was and was checked to the turn. Ashkenazi check-called a bet of 2,000,000 from Cheong. The filled the river and Ashkenazi threw in a bet of 4,000,000. Cheong folded.
Hand #18: Cheong raised to 1,300,000 under the gun and Ivers called from the hijack along with Ashkenazi in the small blind and Andrea Buonocore in the big blind. The flop came and was checked around to the turn. Ashkenazi fired 1,500,000 and Cheong was the only caller. The river brought the and Ashkenazi fired 2,100,000. Cheong gave up his hand.
