De Silva's Not Mad

Level 26 : 30,000/60,000, 60,000 ante

Upeshka De Silva limped in on the button, Thomas Cazayous called in the small blind, and Wojtek Barzantny checked his option in the big blind.

Action checked to the river on a {4-Spades}{a-Spades}{k-Clubs}{a-Clubs}{6-Diamonds} board, and Cazayous bet 150,000. Barzantny quickly called, and De Silva tanked for about a minute before making the call, as well.

Cazayous flipped up {k-Diamonds}{3-Spades}, while Barzantny turned up {k-Hearts}{6-Hearts} for the same hand.

"Thank god I called," De Silva said after turning up {k-Spades}{8-Clubs} for aces and kings with a better kicker for the win. "You know how mad I'd be if I folded?"
