Hands #26-27: Ace-High is Good for Cynn

Level 37 : 400,000/800,000, 100,000 ante

Hand #26: John Cynn raised to 1,800,000 on the button and Tony Miles called from the big blind. The flop came {j-Spades}{7-Hearts}{4-Clubs} and both players checked to the {6-Diamonds} on the turn.

Two more checks and the {6-Hearts} completed the board. Miles tapped the table one more time and Cynn checked as well. Cynn turned over {a-Spades}{10-Hearts} which proved to be good enough to win the pot.

Hand #27: Michael Dyer raised to 1,600,000 from early position and Nicolas Manion defended his big blind. The flop fell {j-Spades}{8-Diamonds}{4-Hearts} and Manion check-folded to a bet of 1,425,000 from Dyer.
