Seidel Eliminated by Gavin

Level 7 : 400/800, 100 ante
Erik Seidel
Erik Seidel

It folded around to Erik Seidel on the button and he raised to 2,000. Alexis Gavin sat in the big blind and she three-bet Seidel by putting in a bet of 6,000. Seidel called and they went heads-up to the flop.

The flop came down {A-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}{10-Clubs} and Gavin continued with a bet of 5,100. Seidel called again to see the turn appear.

The turn was the {J-Spades} and Gavin put in another bet. This time the sizing was 14,500 and when it got to Seidel he took a minute to think his decision through. He raised to 35,000 and Gavin called.

The {3-Spades} river completed the board and Gavin checked to Seidel. He went all in for about 35,000 and Gavin asked for a count. Gavin already called when the dealer started to cut up a stack of 20 chips into smaller stacks of five and she didn't even need to finish counting.

Seidel opened up {J-Clubs}{J-Hearts} and he was beat by Gavin's {A-Diamonds}{A-Clubs}.
