Hampton's Nine is Good

Level 26 : 30,000/60,000, 0 ante

A-5 Triple Draw

Short stacks Jesse Hampton and George Trigeorgis met in a three-bet pot and Hampton decided to skip the cbet and tap back after they both drew two.

Trigeorgis led out on the second draw after they peeled two again. Hampton called and patted while Trigeorgis drew one.

Hampton had only 5,000 behind but he was allowed to check back, showing his {9-}{8-}{6-}{3-}{A-} for the win, getting almost a full double versus Trigeorgis jack-high.

Trigeorgis then doubled his micro stack in a hand against Chris Vitch but now he's again down to just one big bet.

Chips Move on the Becker-Trigeorgis-Seiver Axe

Level 26 : 30,000/60,000, 0 ante

2-7 Triple Draw

George Trigeorgis called Johannes Becker's raise and they both drew three. Becker bet and Trigeorgis called before both switched to drawing two. Trigeorgis led out this time and Becker called.

Both drew one on the last draw. Trigeorgis had one big bet left. "It's an interesting spot, we have one big bet left. Why is it not going in?" he was talking to himself out loud before peeling his new card.

Eventually, he threw it in. Becker called with king-high but that was no match for Trigeorgis' eighty-six.

Trigeorgis climbed to 400,000 but he'd soon lose a large portion of it in a three-bet pot against Seiver who patted after the first draw, barreling all streets. Trigeorgis gave up on the river.

Trigeorgis Keeps Surviving

Level 26 : 30,000/60,000, 0 ante

Badugi

Johannes Becker opened under the gun for a raise and George Trigeorgis put his 53,000 in from the button. Scott Seiver called in the big blind. Everyone drew one and then draws repeated after two checks. This time, Seiver check-called a bet. He drew and the others were pat.

Seiver check-folded and Becker confidently spread {8-Spades}{5-Clubs}{4-Hearts}{2-Diamonds}. However, Trigeorgis had it beat with {7-Spades}{4-Diamonds}{2-Clubs}{a-Hearts}.

Trigeorgis Crippled, Then Triples

Level 25 : 25,000/50,000, 0 ante

A-5 Triple Draw

With action on the last betting round, Scott Seiver checked to George Trigeorgis who bet. Seiver then check-raised.

Trigeorgios was upset: "Oh, come on, how do you raise here?"

"Because everyone knows that no one bets there so it was a very easy check-raise from me," Seiver replied.

Trigeorgis eventually couldn't talk himself out of the troubles and called only to hear Seiver say: "Number two."

Badugi

Trigeorgis was down to just 22,000 after the aforementioned hand and the game changed before he was forced to post all-in in the big blind. Seiver raised and Chris Vitch came along from the small blind.

Vitch drew one, Trigeorgis discarded three and Seiver two. Seiver bet and Vitch called so they continued battling for the side pot.

All players drew one and Seiver forced a fold from Vitch with another bet.

Trigeorgis got there and patted while Seiver needed to change one.

George Trigeorgis: {A-Diamonds}{7-Hearts}{9-Spades}{10-Clubs}
Scott Seiver: {2-Diamonds}{3-Hearts}{4-Clubs}

Seiver needed a low spade to tackle Trigeorgis but the dealer gave him the {6-Hearts} instead, securing a triple for Trigeorgis.

Vitch Spooks Seiver

Level 25 : 25,000/50,000, 0 ante

A-5 Triple Draw

Scott Seiver raised in the cutoff and Chris Vitch three-bet the small blind. Seiver called and was behind in the draw, one against two. Vitch bet and Seiver called. They both drew one and Vitch slowed down with a check. Seiver bet and Vitch instantly folded.

"I mean it's f****** spooky man," Seiver said. "I have him drawing dead and he just check-snap-folds."

"He snap-folded when I made my hand, too," Jesse Hampton said.

"It's not spooky that you do it, it's spooky that you're never wrong," Seiver said.

The next hand, Vitch got the chips back in another three-bet pot, with Seiver being the one check-folding to a big bet after Vitch patted second draw.
