Szymaszek Takes the Lead

Level 29 : 80,000/160,000, 0 ante
Matt Szymaszek
Matt Szymaszek

Matt Szymaszek raised from the button and Scott Seiver called from the big blind. They went heads-up to the {j-Spades}{5-Spades}{2-Hearts} flop and both players checked.

The turn was the {a-Clubs} and Seiver check-called a bet from Szymaszek. The {k-Spades} completed the board and Seiver checked. Szymaszek threw out a bet and Seiver began to talk himself through the hand. He eventually called and Szymaszek showed {q-Spades}{8-Spades} for a rivered flush.

Seiver mucked his hand and Szymaszek who was down to just one big bet during four-handed play has moved into the chip lead.
