Glantz Still Fighting

Level 22 : 12,000/24,000, 0 ante

An open and a call blind versus blind saw Quek Sechariah Sheng and Matt Glantz both draw three cards. Sheng fired a bet and Glantz called. Both players improved and each drew just one.

Sheng check-called a bet from Glantz and drew one while Glantz stood pat. Shen led out after the final draw and Glantz called.

"You win," muttered Sheng.

Glantz tabled an {8-}{7-}{6-}{4-}{3-} and Sheng mucked.

Glantz Doubles Through Tran

Level 22 : 12,000/24,000, 0 ante

Matt Glantz raised the button and big Hanh Tran put him all in for 32,000 total. Glantz called.

Tran drew two and Glantz drew one. Then they drew one each and Tran took one again on the last draw. Glantz patted with {10-}{7-}{5-}{4-}{3-} and Tran opened his {6-}{5-}{4-}{2-} for a sweat.

"It's a picture," Tran said when he peeled his river card and showed a jack before turning his hand face down.

Sheng Wounded by Tran

Level 22 : 12,000/24,000, 0 ante

Caught on the second draw Hanh Tran drew one and Quek Sheng stood pat. Tran let Sheng fire and then raised. Sheng three-bet and Tran called before both patted the last draw.

Tran check-raised again and Sheng didn't like it. He leant back in his chair and then threw in calling chips, visibly uncomfortable with the situation he got himself into.

"Seven," Tran said, revealing {7-}{6-}{5-}{4-}{2-} for the Number Four. Sheng mucked and conceded a huge pot.
