Chris Ferguson Eliminated in 4th Place ($29,999)

Level 26 : 30,000/60,000, 7,000 ante

Chris Ferguson

Chris Ferguson was the bring-in and Steven Albini completed. Ferguson had only 27,000 and called all in.

Chris Ferguson: {8-Hearts}{2-Hearts} / {2-Diamonds}
Steven Albini: {A-Hearts}{2-Spades} / {7-Clubs}

Ferguson was ahead with split deuces which were also blocking one of Albini's cards. Albini, however, made a pair of sevens on fifth to seize the lead.

Ferguson instantly received an ace for aces up, prompting an "oooh" from the rail. But Albini got another seven on the same street, getting the "ooohs" as well.

Ferguson needed to hit an ace or a deuce to make a boat and survive, but he peeled the {8-Spades} instead. Albini showed a meaningless {6-Clubs} river card as Ferguson headed from the stage.
