2018 Bracelet Winner Long Eliminated

Level 12 : 600/1,200, 0 ante
Philip Long
Philip Long

Philip Long came into the day with a healthy stack of 52,000, but has just been eliminated. He got his last 6,000 chips in pre-flop against John Bunch.

The pair drew one on the first draw, with Long drawing another on the second draw while Bunch stood pat. Both stood pat on the end.

Long showed a {9-} low, but Bunch had that beat with an eight-perfect {8-}{5-}{4-}{3-}{2-} to send the winner of the $1,500 Eight Game Mix to the rail.

"That's how it goes," said one of his tablemates, "You lose a few big pots in a row and you're out!"
