Honeyman Towards the Top

Level 15 : 2,500/5,000, 500 ante

Dylan Honeyman limped in from mid-position and so did Pierre Merlin in the small blind., Alexis Gavin opted to check her big blind.

They all checked through the whole {3-Spades}{4-Hearts}{2-Clubs}{a-Hearts}{2-Diamonds} board, Merlin had to show {9-Spades}{8-Diamonds}, which was beaten by the {q-Diamonds}{10-Clubs} of Gavin. But they were both beaten by the {k-Clubs}{q-Hearts} of Honeyman for the kicker.

The hand after that, Merlin shoved from the button and everyone else folded.
