Sandeep Pulusani opened the action with a raise to 2.5 million and only big blind Tim Andrew called. They checked the {7-Hearts}{J-Hearts}{A-Clubs} flop and Andrew led out 1.5 million on the {6-Clubs} turn. Pulusani called and the {10-Hearts} river was checked.

"Miss," Andrew announced and Pulusani turned up {Q-Diamonds}{9-Clubs}{8-Diamonds}{5-Hearts} for the winner.

Arroyos Takes From Andrew

Level 35 : 500,000/1,000,000, 0 ante

Pete Arroyos limped from the button, Robert Cicchelli called from the small blind, and Tim Andrew raised to 3,500,000 from the big blind. Arroyos called and Cicchelli folded.

They checked to the turn of a {6-Clubs}{2-Spades}{2-Hearts}{A-Clubs} board where Andrew bet 4,200,000. Arroyos called, the {A-Spades} river completed the board, and Andrew bet 6,000,000. Arroyos raised the pot and Andrew folded instantly.

Michael Mizrachi Eliminated in 5th Place ($31,304)

Level 35 : 500,000/1,000,000, 0 ante
Michael Mizrachi
Michael Mizrachi

Pete Arroyos opened the button to 3,000,000 and Michael Mizrachi three-bet all in out of the small blind, making it 7,700,000. Arroyos called, trailing against Mizrachi's kings.

Mizrachi: {K-Clubs}{K-Diamonds}{J-Hearts}{3-Spades}
Arroyos: {A-Spades}{10-Diamonds}{7-Spades}{6-Clubs}

The {A-Clubs}{2-Diamonds}{3-Hearts} flop was the one Mizrachi hoped to avoid but he at least spiked a three for some extra outs to get back ahead. Neither of them would, however, fall on the turn and river as the {8-Hearts} and {2-Clubs} turn completed the board.

The four-time bracelet winner was eliminated in fifth place and shook hands with each of the remaining players before leaving the tournament area.

Cicchelli Shoves on Arroyos

Level 35 : 500,000/1,000,000, 0 ante

Pete Arroyos limped from the button, Michael Mizrachi completed from the small blind, and Robert Cicchelli raised the pot to 4,000,000 from the big blind. Arroyos called and Mizrachi folded.

The flop came down {A-Hearts}{Q-Hearts}{7-Spades}, Cicchelli shoved for about 5,400,000, and Arroyos went into the tank.

"I haven't bluffed you once in three days," said Cicchelli.

"So that just tells me you dont have hearts," said Arroyos. "Can I wait until my drink gets here?" asked Arroyos to the floor. "You guys can call the clock."

"Clock," said Cicchelli.

Time ran down and Arroyos' hand was declared dead.

Arroyos Shoves on a Diamond Flop

Level 34 : 400,000/800,000, 0 ante

Robert Cicchelli made it 1.8 million in the first position and Pete Arroyos called in the small blind before big blind Michael Mizrachi potted for 7.2 million. Only Arroyos called and they went heads-up to the {10-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}{K-Diamonds} flop with over 16 million in the middle.

Arroyos didn't wait for anything and instantly moved all in for about 8.6 million. Mizrachi thought for a moment and Arroyos turned to him, saying, "For your information, I was going to do that regardless..."

Mizrachi nodded and let his hand go after another 20 seconds or so.

Updated Chip Counts

Level 34 : 400,000/800,000, 0 ante

Most of the recent pots were either scooped by a preflop open-raise or a stab in a limped pot. The most interesting hand occurred when Michael Mizrachi potted the cutoff and Robert Cicchelli flatted on the button. Mizrachi, however, ended the contest with a 1,700,000-bet on the {2-Hearts}{6-Spades}{A-Clubs} flop.

Pulusani Doubles with Aces

Level 34 : 400,000/800,000, 0 ante

Kevin Nomberto raised pot in the hijack and his left-hand opponent Sandeep Pulusani moved all in for 4,725,000. Nomberto called, having Pulusani covered by fewer than two big blinds.

Pulusani: {A-Diamonds}{A-Clubs}{7-Clubs}{4-Clubs}
Nomberto: {A-Hearts}{K-Spades}{Q-Hearts}{9-Spades}

The flop fell {7-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}{5-Clubs}, safe enough for Nomberto, but the {J-Hearts} turn brought a huge draw for Nomberto. The river was the {J-Diamonds}, however, and Pulusani's aces prevailed.
