Abrahams Takes First Three-Bet Flop Three-Handed

Level 27 : 30,000/60,000, 0 ante

Hand #86: Miltiadis Kyriakides made it 120,000 on the button and was called by Pat Walsh in the small blind. Kyriakides upped it only slightly with 125,000 on the {8-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds} flop after Walsh checked, and Walsh potted it. Kyriakides quickly folded.

Hand #87: All three players saw the {j-Hearts}{9-Clubs}{k-Diamonds} flop for the minimum, with Walsh on the button starting the limpfest. Javed Abrahams bet 125,000, and both opponents called, seeing a {5-Diamonds} turn. Abrahams' second bullet was 450,000, and that chased everyone away.

Hand #88: Kyriakides made it 120,000, and Walsh called with position in the big blind. Kyriakides bet 150,000 on the {3-Diamonds}{q-Clubs}{2-Clubs} flop, and Walsh raised to 500,000. Kyriakides slid the dealer his hand.

Hand #89: Kyriakides raised to 120,000 on the button, and both blinds called. A round of checks follow the {6-Hearts}{5-Clubs}{3-Spades} flop, and a {10-Hearts} hit. Two more checks, and then 250,000 from Kyriakides. Abrahams called. A {k-Hearts} completed the board, and it went check-check. Abrahams backed into a flush with {8-Hearts}{5-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}.

Hand #90: Walsh opened for a raise on the button, and Abrahams potted to 510,000 from the small blind. Walsh called, and the two saw a {9-Hearts}{10-Hearts}{k-Clubs}. Abrahams' continuation-bet was for 700,000, and Walsh mucked.
