Kenney Takes More From Zack

Level 22

Stud

Zack: {x-}{x-} / {K-Spades}{Q-Diamonds}{A-Spades}{Q-Spades} / {x-}
Kenney: {x-}{x-} / {7-Clubs}{5-Diamonds}{6-Clubs}{K-} / {x-}

We arrived on fifth street to see Daniel Zack fire out a bet, Bryn Kenney, and Andrey Zaichenko fold his cards. Zack paired queens on sixth and led out once more. Kenney stuck around and the duo received their final hole cards. Zack led one last time and Kenney called.

Zack announced that he held two pair of aces and queens. Kenney had that beat, however, with {9-Clubs}{9-Diamonds}{8-Hearts} for a straight to the nine. Kenney picked up the pot and now has about 810,000 in chips.

Jack Badugi For Kenney

Level 22

Badugi

Daniel Zack raised from the button and Bryn Kenney made it three bets from the big blind. Zack called and the two were off to the first draw. Kenney stood pat while Zack opted for two new cards. Kenney bet, Zack called, and the dealer burned for the second draw. Kenney stood pat once again and this time Zack pulled one new card. Zack called a bet from Kenney and drew one card one last time on the third draw.

Kenney bet the final street and Zack called. Kenney showed a pat jack badugi with {J-Clubs}{7-Spades}{5-Hearts}{A-Diamonds}, prompting a muck from Zack. Kenney pulled in the pot and now has 610,000 in chips.

Kenney Over Zack

Level 22

No-Limit Hold'em

Action folded around to Bryn Kenney in the cutoff and he opened to 12,000. Daniel Zack called out of the big blind and the two were heads up to the {3-Diamonds}{3-Spades}{7-Spades} flop. Zack checked to the raiser and Kenney continued out for a bet of an unknown amount. Zack stuck around, allowing the {9-Clubs} to hit the felt on the turn. Zack checked for a second time and Kenney bet 23,500. Zack called.

The {10-Hearts} finished off the board on the river and Zack checked one final time. Kenney cut out 64,500, prompting a quick fold from Zack. Kenney took down the pot and now has about 280,000 in chips.

Randy Ohel - 6th Place

Pot-Limit Omaha

Daniel Zack raised from under the gun and his only caller was Randy Ohel in the big blind. The two took a flop of {Q-Spades}{5-Hearts}{5-Diamonds} and Ohel checked. Zack continued out for 11,000 only to have Ohel slide out a check-raise to 32,000. Zack called.

Both players checked the {2-Diamonds} on the turn, allowing the {10-Spades} to finish off the board. Ohel fired 55,000 and Zack moved all in over the top. Ohel called for about 110,000 total and Zack showed {8-Spades}{7-Clubs}{5-Spades}{5-Clubs} for quad fives. Ohel shook his head, showing {10-Hearts}{10-Clubs}{K-Diamonds}{J-Clubs} for a rivered full house and the second best hand. He was eliminated in sixth place and collected $18,923 in prize money.

Pot-Limit Omaha

Michael Mixer raised to 10,000 from the button and Bryn Kenney came over the top for 32,000 from the small blind. The big blind folded and Mixer called.

The flop came down {8-Diamonds}{9-Hearts}{3-Clubs} and Kenney led out with a bet of the pot. Mixer replied by moving all in for about 100,000 total and Kenney called.

Kenney: {K-Spades}{k-Clubs}{7-Hearts}{7-Diamonds}
Mixer: {Q-Spades}{J-Clubs}{10-Spades}{8-Clubs}

Kenney's pair of kings led at the moment but Mixer was drawing live on the coming streets. Unfortunately for Mixer, he was unable to improve with the {4-Spades} on the turn and the {K-Diamonds} on the river. Kenney scored the elimination and now has about 315,000 in chips.

Coppola Makes Eighty-Six

Level 21

2-7 Triple Draw

Bryn Kenney raised from early position and found calls from Fabio Coppola in the hijack, Randy Ohel on the button, and Jan Suchanek in the big blind. The first draw saw Suchanek take two, Kenney take one, and both Coppola and Ohel take two. Suchanek checked, Kenny fired, and found two calls. Suchanek, on the other hand, opted to release his cards.

On the second draw, both Kenney and Coppola stood pat while Ohel opted for one. Kenney checked, Coppola fired a bet, and both of his opponents called. On the third draw, Kenney broke what he had earlier patted, drawing one new card. Both Coppola and Ohel chose to stand pat. Kenney checked, Coppola bet, Ohel called, and Kenney folded his cards.

Coppola fanned {8-}{6-}{4-}{3-}{2-} and Ohel mucked his cards. Coppola picked up the pot and now has about 380,000 in chips.
