Patel Wins Another Huge One

Level 16 : 2,000/4,000, 500 ante

As we approached table 356, the turn was already out there in a heads-up pot between Hiren Patel and Max Silver.

With the board displaying {10-Diamonds}{10-Spades}{6-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds}, it was Max Silver who bet out 21,000 from the hijack. Patel on the button made it 53,500 and action was back on Silver. The English UKIPT serial casher/winner three-bet to 95,000 and Patel made the call.

The {7-Clubs} fell on the river, making for two pair on the board. Silver checked to Patel who bet out 127,000.

Silver thought for quite some time, even smiling "If I fold you're going to show me a sick bluff". In the end Silver did fold, but Patel didn't show a sick bluff. He in fact didn't show anything and just gathered the chips from the rather large pot.
