Qartomy Doesn't Get It Quietly
Ray Qartomy has sent a player to the rail after the pair were needling each other for most of the past level.
Qartomy won a large pot when he flopped trip jacks with and got a 15,000 river bet paid off. A couple of hands later, Qartomy raised from late position and was three-bet to 16,000 for the second or third consecutive time. On this occasion, Qartomy four-bet all-in and his opponent instantly called.
It was a lowly pair of fours for Qartomy versus the of his opponent. A flop gifted Qartomy a set and when the turn and river fell and he won a chunky pot.
As his opponent collected his belongings, Qartomy said something about knowing when to fold'em like in Kenny Rogers song The Gambler, to which his opponent seemed a little bemused.
