Kim Takes from Crain

Level 15

2-7 Triple Draw

Eric Crain raised it up, and Mike Kim reraised from the button. Everyone else folded, and Crain called.

Both players drew one, and Crain bet out. Kim called.

Both the draw and action went the same on the next round.

Finally, Crain stood pat and Kim drew one. Crain check-called Kim's bet. Kim turned over {8-}{7-}{6-}{4-}{2-}, and Crain mucked his hand.

Kim Ousts Two

Level 15

2-7 Triple Draw

The player under the gun raised, the cutoff call and Mike Kim made it three bets on the button. The player UTG reraised, and both other players called.

UTG drew one, the cutoff drew two and Kim drew two. The cutoff put in his last 4,600, and the cutoff did the same with his last 8,500. Kim called to put both at risk.

UTG again drew one, as did the cutoff. Kim again drew two. One the final draw, UTG stood pat while Kim and the cutoff each drew a card. The cutoff rolled over a king-low, but Kim announced an eight-six.

Kim: {8-}{6-}{4-}{3-}{2-}. The player UTG had stood pat with a {10-}{8-}{7-}{6-}{2-}, so he was knocked out along with the cutoff.

Mizrachi vs. Arieh

Level 15

Pot-Limit Omaha

The flop read {K-Spades}{3-Clubs}{4-Diamonds} when we found Robert Mizrachi, Josh Arieh, and a third opponent in the hand. Two checks to Arieh prompted a bet of 3,000. The third player folded and Mizrachi stayed the course.

The turn was the {7-Hearts} and Mizrachi checked again. Arieh bet 9,500 and Mizrachi once again decided to flat call. The {4-Hearts} hit the river and Mizrachi checked for a third time. Arieh checked it back and Mizrachi showed {7-Spades}{7-Diamonds}{8-Clubs}{6-Spades} for sevens full of fours. Arieh dropped his hand into the muck and Mizrachi picked up the pot.

Mizrachi Busts One

Level 15

Pot-Limit Omaha

Robert Mizrachi had a short stack at risk preflop in PLO.

Mizrachi: {q-Spades}{j-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}{9-Hearts}
Opponent: {6-Hearts}{4-Clubs}{j-Clubs}{10-Hearts}

Both players improved when {j-Diamonds}{2-Hearts}{4-Hearts} flopped: Mizrachi had top pair and a flush draw, while his opponent held top two and blockers to Mizrachi's flush draw. The turn was a {q-Clubs} though, and Mizrachi took a commanding lead with higher two pair that he didn't relinquish on the {a-Spades} river.

Mueller Chops One

Level 15

Stud Eight or Better

Three players saw fifth street: Greg Mueller caught a pair of nines, a player with two baby diamonds caught a jack and Benjamin Pollak with a six-four-deuce. The player with the diamonds bet, Pollak raised and Mueller called. The other player called as well.

Mueller caught another seven and led out on sixth, and his opponents called.

Mueller: {7-Hearts}{9-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}{7-Spades}
Pollak: {4-Spades}{6-Hearts}{2-Spades}{8-Clubs}
Other player: {4-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds}{j-Spades}{4-Clubs}

Mueller fired after seventh street, and only Pollak called. Mueller showed {j-Hearts}{4-Hearts}{2-Hearts} and Pollak {10-Spades}{6-Spades}/{7-Diamonds}, so they split the pot with a flush and an eight-seven low respectively.

Meanwhile, "Miami" John Cernuto busted with a set of tens when his opponent's {a-}{9-} caught a straight on the turn in Limit Hold'em.

Flush For Arieh

Level 15

Pot-Limit Omaha

Josh Arieh raised his button to 2,500 and the player in the big blind called. The flop came {3-Clubs}{3-Spades}{j-Hearts}. Both players checked and the {5-Hearts} hit the turn. A check to Arieh prompted a 5,000-chip bet. This bet was called and the river brought the {Q-Hearts}. Both players checked and Arieh rolled over {A-Hearts}{3-Hearts}{8-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds} for a heart flush. His opponent mucked and Arieh scooped up the pot.

Bowker Eliminated

Level 15

Omaha Eight or Better

Kyle Bowker raised it up with a very short stack, and the player in the big blind three-bet it. Bowker put the rest of his chips in.

Bowker: {k-}{k-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}{6-}
Opponent: {a-}{a-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}{2-}

The flop came {4-Hearts}{j-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds}. Bowker had a king-high flush draw, but it was trumped by the ace-high diamonds of his opponent. A {q-Diamonds} hit the turn and Bowker was drawing dead.
