Secondary Table: Three-Bets from the Button

Level 34 : 150,000/300,000, 50,000 ante

Hand #169: From the cutoff, JC Tran raised to 625,000 and won the blinds and antes.

Hand #170: Mark Newhouse raised to 600,000 from under the gun and only Matthew Reed came along from the big blind. The flop came all clubs — {2-Clubs}{J-Clubs}{10-Clubs} — and both checked. The turn was the {4-Diamonds}. Reed bet 700,000 this time and Newhouse folded.

Hand #171: Amir Lehavot raised to 600,000 from the cutoff, then Marc McLaughlin made it 1.4 million to go from the button. The blinds got out and Lehavot called the three-bet.

The flop came {2-Clubs}{4-Diamonds}{Q-Hearts} and Lehavot checked. McLaughlin plucked off 1.7 million chips' worth from his stack and set them in front, and Lehavot didn't wait too long to let his hand go.

Hand #172: It folded to McLaughlin who raised to 600,000 from the cutoff, then Reed made it 1.3 million to go from the button and the blinds got out, then McLaughlin folded as well.
