Four players saw a flop of {2-Hearts}{k-Hearts}{5-Diamonds} at Table 453. The first two players checked, and John Scaife bet 28,000. Josh Pollock made the call, and Andrea Carini made it 111,000. After the squeezed player folded, Scaife folded as well. Pollock asked the dealer to pull in the calls, and he announced all in after a minute of thought. Carini quickly called.

Carini: {7-Hearts}{8-Hearts}
Pollock: {a-Hearts}{10-Hearts}

Both had flush draws, but Carini was in bad shape with an inferior high card. The turn was a {k-Spades}, keeping him alive if he could pair up on the river. A {4-Diamonds} hit the board though, and Pollock, who claimed a bracelet earlier this summer in a PLO event, has announced himself as a contender with well over a million in chips.
