Harwood Pressures Paasonen

Level 27 : 25,000/50,000, 5,000 ante

- Action folded to Loni Harwood in the small blind, and she popped it up to 125,000. Mika Paasonen defended his big blind, and the flop came down {k-Spades}{10-Diamonds}{8-Clubs}. Harwood c-bet to 115,000, and Paasonen made the call. Both players checked the {q-Hearts} on the turn, and the {9-Diamonds} came down on the river. Harwood only thought for about 10 seconds before announcing all in, a bet that was effectively for the last 800,000 of Paasonen.

Paasonen went deep into the tank, all the while staring down Harwood. Harwood sat like a statue for about two minutes, with her hand covering her mouth, before she put her arm down, and started shuffling chips. Paasonen tanked for at least three minutes before finally folding.

- Asi Moshe raised it up to 105,000 in the cutoff, and he took down the blinds and antes.
