Davis and Butler Active Early On

Ashly Butler raised to 50,000 and Raymond Davis decided to make the call. The flop came down {J-Spades}{10-Diamonds}{9-Clubs} and both players checked. The turn was the {K-Diamonds} and Butler bet 50,000. Davis called and the river brought out the {10-Spades}. Both players checked and Butler showed {A-}{K-}{X-}{X-} to take down the pot.

The next hand Davis won won some back. Thayer Rasmussen raised to 50,000 from the hijack and Davis three-bet him from the cutoff to 75,000. The flop came down {8-Diamonds}{8-Spades}{10-Hearts} and Rasmussen check-called 25,000. The turn was the {A-Diamonds} and Rasmussen check-folded to Davis' 50,000 chip bet.

The very next hand both Butler and Davis got involved again. Butler made it 50,000 from middle position and Davis three-bet him to 75,000 from the hijack. Butler called and the flop brought out {K-Hearts}{K-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds} and both players checked. The turn was the {A-Diamonds} and it got checked again. On the river the {7-Hearts} showed up and Butler bet 50,000. Davis called right away and had to muck when Butler showed his {A-Clubs}{A-Spades}{8-Diamonds}{5-Hearts} for the nut full house. Butler couldn't have started this final table off better while Davis is having massive swings.
