Kuether Climbing

Joseph Kuether now has ten World Series of Poker (WSOP) cashes after getting through the money bubble in the early hours of this morning, half of which have come during this year. So the man is on form and his 180,000 stack is testament to that fact. Here is Kuether winning another pot.

Kuether made a standard raise from the cutoff and the big blind defended before leading on all three streets on a board of {Q-Diamonds} {J-Hearts} {9-Diamonds} {J-Spades} {2-Hearts}. The betting amounts were 6,000, 7,000 and approx. 15,000. The bets were rapid as were the calls by Kuether. The big blind turned over {Q-Clubs} {4-Clubs} for two pair (queens and jacks) and Kuether turned over {A-Diamonds} {A-Spades} for a higher two pair (aces and jacks). The big blind was eliminated not soon after.
