Sinking Like Quicksand
We just saw David 'Doc Sands lose a substantial pot at his table. Before the hand, Sands was sitting on about 34,000 chips.
We know that preflop, an under the gun player put in a fourth bet for 8800, and Sands was left with a decision to call for 5150 more. Eventually, Sands put in the chips and the two players were off to the flop.
The dealer rolled out on the flop, and the under the gun player bet out 8,400. Sands tanked for a little while before folding, and dropping down to 26,000 in chips.
