No-Limit Hold'em

From under the gun, Dan Shak raised to 5,500. Allen Bari called on the button, Marco Johnson called from the small blind and Jason Mercier called from the big blind.

The flop came down {8-Spades}{5-Clubs}{4-Clubs} and action checked around. The turn was the {9-Clubs} and action checked to Bari. He bet 11,800 and Johnson called. Mercier and Shak both folded.

The {4-Diamonds} completed the board on the river and Johnson checked. Bari grabbed an assortment of chips and fired 25,700 into the pot. After a minute in the tank, Johnson called.

Bari turned over the {A-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds} for two pair, nines and fours, with an ace kicker. Johnson mucked and Bari won the pot.

On the next hand, Chad Brown raised to 5,500 from early position and Jason Mercier called from the small blind. The flop came down {J-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}{8-Hearts}. Both players checked.

The turn was the {6-Clubs} and Mercier led for 4,300. Brown raised to 15,000 and Mercier tank-called. The river then completed the board with the {4-Hearts} and both players checked.

Mercier showed the {5-Hearts}{5-Clubs}, but that was no good against the {A-Hearts}{10-Spades} for Brown.
