Vedes Gets Half, Jett Just a Quarter

Omaha-8

The player under the gun+1 raised to 1,000 after which someone in middle position called. Chip Jett was in the cutoff and he three-bet to 1,500 and Tommy Vedes called in the big blind. The initial raiser and the caller also put in another 500 each giving us three-way action on the flop.

The flop came down {10-Diamonds}{2-Clubs}{6-Hearts}, and the action was checked to Jett who bet 500. All three his opponents called. On the turn, the {8-Diamonds}, that action got repeated only now the bet was 1,000. The river was the {9-Diamonds} and everyone checked.

The players under the gun showed {A-Spades}{A-Diamonds}{8-Clubs}{4-Hearts} and had the best low. Jett shared the low with {A-Clubs}{A-Hearts}{4-Diamonds}{10-Clubs} while Vedes had the best high with {6-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}{10-Clubs}{K-Clubs}.
