Fitoussi Out and Trinh Starts Well

Here is a flavour of the early action today.

Bruno Fitoussi came into Day 2 as the second lowest in chips with just 17,900 chips. He won his first hand of the day but was eliminated soon afterwards by Brent Roberts. We didn't see the action but Roberts now has 65,000 chips and Fitoussi is no longer in his seat.

Toan Trinh is searching for his third deep run in this years World Series. He has already locked up a 14th place finish Event #23 and a 7th place finish in Event #28. Here is Trinh tangling with Adam Kornuth.

We joined the action on a flop of {8-Clubs} {8-Spades} {7-Spades} with Trinh in the big blind and Kornuth attacked from the button. Kornuth had bet 5,400 and Trinh had check-raised to 12,000. Kornuth made the call and we headed to the turn of {3-Diamonds}. Trinh moved a tower of twenty 1k yellow chips into the middle and Kornuth folded.
