Fischman's Comeback Ends
"I was down to just 2,500, and then I tripled and doubled up," Scott Fischman just told us right after he lost a 50,000-chip pot against Rep Porter. A comeback was near for the 2004 double bracelet winner, but Porter, who also has two WSOP bracelets, made a better hand.
Fischman told us he opened to 3,500 after which Porter moved all in from the small blind. Fischman called, and risked his remaining chips.
