Chidwick Gets There
Limit Hold'em:
We didn't see most of this hand play out, but we did catch the result. Charlie Ng was in middle position, and he was mixed up with big blind Stephen Chidwick in this hand.
The board showed when we walked up to the turn, and we can infer that Chidwick check-called a bet on the flop. On fourth, he check-called again, but he liked the river enough to bet it himself. Ng quickly called.
Chidwick tabled for Broadway, and Ng just shook his head. He eventually mucked, then pounded his knuckles on the felt in frustration.
Ng had a productive start to his day, but he's right back to where he began with about 70,000.
