Kelly's Blue Book Value: 2.475 Million

Just before the break...

In early position, Max Heinzelmann opened with a raise to 50,000, and JP Kelly three-bet him to 130,000 on the button. Heinzelmann called, and it was heads-up to the flop.

Heinzelmann checked the {K-Clubs} {3-Spades} {10-Diamonds} flop, and Kelly took his cue to continue out with 140,000. His opponent then check-raised, but we couldn't decipher the amount before Kelly called to proceed. The turn card came the {K-Spades}, and Heinzelmann led out small with 260,000. Kelly flatted there, and Heinzelmann bet another 450,000 on the {K-Hearts} river with trips on board. Kelly wasted no time calling, and Heinzelmann announced he had a full house. "Me, too," Kelly confirmed.

Showdown
Heinzelmann: {10-Clubs} {6-Diamonds}
Kelly: {A-Spades} {A-Hearts}

Kelly won't get a break as he spends the next few minutes stacking that massive pot. It vaults him all the way up close to 2.5 million, while the German wonder Heinzelmann is left with just 570,000.
