Noah Boeken Eliminated in 7th Place ($40,284)

Level 20
Noah Boeken - 7th Place
Noah Boeken - 7th Place

Matt Hawrilenko raised to 23,000 from the cutoff, and on the button, short-stack Noah Boeken shipped in his 130,000. Hawrilenko called with the best hand.

Boeken: {k-Diamonds}{q-Hearts}
Hawrilenko: {a-Diamonds}{q-Spades}

The {k-Spades}{10-Diamonds}{5-Hearts} flop turned the tables and put Boeken in the lead, but Hawrilenko picked up a gutshot. The turn blanked with the {3-Clubs}. Then the {j-Clubs} river gave Hawrilenko Broadway and sent Boeken to the rail in seventh place. The Dutch are depressed.

Hawrilenko has the chip lead with 1,076,000.

Boeken Down to Five Bets

Level 19

Nikolay Losev opened, and Noah Boeken three bet from the small blind. Losev made it 60,000, and Boeken called. The flop came {4-Hearts}{4-Diamonds}{3-Clubs}, and Boeken checked. Losev bet and got a call. Boeken again check-called the {5-Spades} turn. The {a-Spades} river got one more check-call, and Losev showed {a-Hearts}{k-Diamonds} for a rivered two pair. That worked well enough to win the pot, leaving Boeken with just 160,000 or five big bets, but no limit is coming up. Losev is up to 784,000.
