Eyster Lays an Egg

Level 21 : 5,000/10,000, 1,000 ante

Kevin Eyster and Thomas Middleton got it all in before the flop, but we walked up too late to see how it happened. However it went, but men were in with fairly marginal hands, Eyster in front with {A-Diamonds} {9-Spades} against Middleton's {Q-Spades} {J-Spades}.

Middleton ran out better, though, as the board came {10-Diamonds} {2-Spades} {5-Diamonds} {Q-Diamonds} {6-Hearts}. It looks like he was all in for just over 200,000, and he's doubled to 430,000 with that pair of queens. Eyster could afford the payoff, but he's down to 190,000 now, essentially cut in half.
