Moorman Shows Huge Bluff

Level 23 : 8,000/16,000, 2,000 ante

Chris Moorman and Anthony Ruberto were just in a hand and the flop was {Q-Spades} {4-Spades} {5-Clubs}. Moorman bet out 125,000 and Ruberto raised to 315,000 fairly quickly. Moorman rechecked his cards, took a moment to think and then announced all in.

Ruberto leaned way back in his chair and sighed. Moorman's all in would cost around 360,000 more. After some thought Ruberto folded. Moorman emphatically tabled his cards -- {A-Spades} {8-Diamonds}.

Ruberto didn't show any signs of steaming, but can't be happy with that.

O'Brien Bringing The Heat

Dan O'Brien
Dan O'Brien

We came into this hand on the flop, but it was raised up by Dan O'Brien preflop in middle position with a call from Daniel Morgan on the button. Thus, the battle of the Dan's commenced.

On the flop of {a-Hearts}{j-Spades}{4-Diamonds} O'Brien bet 28,000 and got a call from Morgan.

The turn came {q-Diamonds} and O'Brien bet out 94,000. Morgan re-raised to 220,000 with only 350,000 behind. O'Brien took his time then moved all in inciting an insta-fold from Morgan.

O'Brien's aggression has put him up to 1,200,000 and he is currently second in chips.

Double Up For Pollak

Benjamin Pollak got his last 310,000 in preflop and got a call from our chip leader, Anthony Ruberto.

Ruberto showed {a-Diamonds}{10-Hearts} and was ahead of the {k-Spades}{7-Diamonds} of Pollak.

The board was kind to Pollak however and the flop came {4-Spades}{8-Diamonds}{k-Clubs} to give him a pair of kings. The turn and river {5-Hearts}{10-Spades} didn't give any help to Ruberto and he shipped the 310,000 over to Pollak. Ruberto only takes a small hit, down to about 1,550,000, but Pollak got his much needed double up to 650,000
