King Alawadhi

Ali Alawadhi moved all in for his last 420,000 from the cutoff and Joseph Curcio re-shoved behind him on the button. The blinds surrendered, and the hands were opened:

Alawadhi: {k-Hearts}{q-Diamonds}
Curcio: {a-Hearts}{q-Hearts}

Alawadhi was yelling for a king, and the dealer obliged flopping {2-Clubs}{6-Hearts}{k-Clubs}.

"Deuce! Deuce!" Alawadhi's rail yelled.

The dealer was in a very giving mood, because he again obliged turning the {2-Spades}.

Curcio needed one of the three remaining aces to eliminate Alawadhi, but the {j-Clubs} on the river would not suffice.

Alawadhi doubled to 860,000 chips while Curcio slipped to 750,000.
