Match 1: Middle Pair No Good For Schmejkal

Ayaz Mahmood limped in from the button and Ernst Schmejkal checked his option.

Mahmood fired out 125,000 on the {Q-Hearts}{7-Spades}{8-Hearts} flop with Schmejkal check-calling as the {2-Spades} landed on the turn.

Schmejkal checked, and Mahmood fired out 325,000 which Schmejkal called before the {10-Hearts} was checked on the river.

Schmejkal tabled his {K-Clubs}{8-Clubs} for middle pair, but it would be Mahmood's {Q-Diamonds}{6-Spades} to take the pot down and slip to 3,150,000 in chips.
