Cheong Out-Flops Pennington

Small blind Sanghyon Cheong and big blind Rodney Pennington got into a raising war preflop that resulted in Cheong calling all in for a total of 158,400. He held {a-Hearts}{q-Diamonds} to Pennington's {Q-Spades}{q-Clubs}. The {a-Spades}{9-Spades}{4-Diamonds} flop was exactly what Rodney didn't want to see. The {a-Diamonds} on the turn was even uglier, meaning Pennington was drawing dead since a queen would give Cheong a better full house. Cheong doubled to 390,000, jumping to the top of the counts. Pennington, on the other hand, fell to 52,000.
