$50,000 Poker Player's Championship Final Table

Welcome back to the Amazon Room at the Rio Hotel and Casino, and to the ESPN Feature Table for the first time in 2010, for the final day of the $50,000 Poker Player's Championship. The stage has a familiar feel to it, with bright lights shining and TV cameras ready to roll. There's an eerie silence here right now, like the calm before the storm. All we need are eight poker players and a mass of crazy poker fanatics to cheer their boys home.
It's a stellar lineup as you would expect from a world-class field such as this. PokerNews' own Matthew Parvis took a closer look at the lineup and what we might expect from today's final table in his $50,000 Poker Player's Championship Final Table Preview.
The final table brings a fantastic mix of experience and youth, with a truly International flavor. We will be led into battle today by Robert Mizrachi, who continued the dominance of the Mizrachi brothers in this event by grabbing the overnight chip lead. We're expecting the brothers to have a big support crew here today and make a big impact on this final table.
However they won't have it easy with the experience of John Juanda, Daniel Alaei, David Baker and the short-stacked David Oppenheim lurking, and the unknown quantities of Mikael Thuritz and Vladimir Schmelev to contend with.
