Brian Townsend Eliminated

Pot-Limit Omaha:

Brian Townsend was down to about 25,000 in the latest PLO round. He opened pre-flop for 3,000, then shoved after Alexander Kostritsyn three-bet to 10,300. Kostritsyn called with {a-Hearts} {k-Hearts} {j-Spades} {9-Hearts}, a slightly better hand than Townsend's {a-Diamonds} {k-Spades} {6-Spades} {2-Diamonds}. Kostritsyn would make a pair of nines on a board of {9-Diamonds} {7-Diamonds} {5-Clubs} {6-Hearts} {10-Hearts}, good enough to take down the pot and send Townsend to the rail.

Kostritsyn is up to 240,000.
