From the button, "Captain Tom" Franklin raised it up to 325. The small blind three-bet it up to 850, and Franklin made the call.
The flop brought , and the small blind continued out with 700 more chips. Franklin again called.
On the turn, the drew a check from the unknown player, and Captain Tom asked for a count on his remaining stack. After he was satisfied with the answer, he pushed out a bet of 2,100, enough to cover his opponent. After some deliberation, he surrendered his cards.
"Kings?" asked Franklin. When the small blind shook his head, Franklin pried further. "Not that good? I had you all the time."
