Ville Wahlbeck, currently well in contention for Player of the Year, has put himself in a slightly better position to make another final table.
Down to a below average 43,500 (average is at 77,000 now with 72 runners left), Wahlbeck reraised to a raise from Greg Mueller and they saw a flop. Mueller check-called all the way down the board and mucked when Wahlbeck showed him pocket tens for the flopped set.
Wahlbeck is up to 60,000; Mueller meanwhile barely feels the loss, with his stack now resting at 160,000.
